A city where you can be yourself

The city belongs to everyone. We want Arnhem to be a city where everyone can feel at home. There is no place for racism or discrimination. We want to decide the future of Arnhem together with the people who live here. Arnhem should be a city where art and culture can be found everywhere.

THESE ARE OUR PLANS

We will fight all forms of discrimination, also within the municipal government. Institutional racism and discrimination, for example on the housing market or in our city's night life will get constant attention. We acknowledge Arnhem's part in the history of slavery and we embrace the 'Black manifest'.
Public spaces should be accesible for everyone. Therefore we will enforce the 'Arnhem standard for accesibility' and we will pay attention to the need of elderly residents.
We need to invest in culture and everything that belongs to it: more workplaces for creatives. more room for studio's, art galleries, rehearsal space and amateur art in all parts of the city.
